Welcome to my new Journal - "A cup of thoughts." Finally my second journal 2.0 is out now :)

A little Introduction: 

This journal has 148 pages and each page has 10 blank pages that you can design as you want. It has 70 Blank Pages and always 10 pages of little creative tasks in every chapter.

You can write your thoughts, scribble, draw, paste something, design it however you want and whenever you feel like it.

Between the 10 empty pages there are always creative tasks that i have create in this journal. The tasks serve to loosen you up and to always stay creative. The illustrations are also intended to inspire you. The tasks are not obligatory and you do not have to work on the tasks right away. You can do the small creative tasks whenever you want.

Tasks are for example: draw your own pattern, write a letter for yourself, write down quotes, fill in some of my illustrations. You can also use many of these small creative tasks as exercises for yourself. They should be fun and always inspire and loosen you up.

On the first page you can also find a little text that describes the journal again.

I specially created this journal to create inner peace or if you just want to write down your thoughts because you are stressed, down, happy or sad. This journal should be designed as you like and in the end each journal should be unique in its own way. I hope this journal can help you find inner peace and always be there for you when you need time alone.
